Product Description:
The condensate water recovery device can operate in a steam-driven or electric-driven mode, depending on the user's requirements. The recovered condensate water can either be returned directly to the boiler or to a specific location designated by the user.
The device comprises several components, such as a dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel, and other devices.
Steam condensate water flows into the tank via a steam trap, where it undergoes separation of steam and water. A high liquid level in the tank activates the liquid level sensor, which sends a high-level signal to the control panel. The condensate water recovery pump is then activated by the control panel.
The cavitation elimination device and filter in the condensate water recovery pump transport high-temperature condensate water and a small amount of secondary steam into the water tank or to a specific location designated by the user. This process completes the entire steam condensate water recovery process.
During the recovery process, if the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank, it sends a low-level signal to the control panel, which deactivates the condensate water recovery pump. The device operates in fully automatic mode, with dual pumps operating in backup mode and automatically switching between them. The user can activate the device by simply turning on the power.
